Marketing Assistant

About the Role

Launch your career in marketing by joining our digital marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. You will play a key role in engaging prospective customers and encouraging them to visit our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various platforms including WhatsApp, phone calls, private messages, and email.
• Develop compelling and persuasive talking points to boost conversion rates.
• Schedule appointments using the company’s booking system.
• Manage and update customer records in the CRM system, such as HubSpot.
• Communicate campaign details with sales and operations teams effectively.
• Monitor daily trial sales and prepare performance reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Improve the chatbot automation process to enhance customer interaction.
• Support the manager with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines preferred.
• Proficiency with office productivity software like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory to handle marketing content.
• Previous experience in beauty and wellness marketing is advantageous.
• Demonstrates patience and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Additional Information

• Employment is full-time, Monday through Friday during standard office hours.
• Work location is at Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore, within the Central Singapore Community Development Council area.
