About the Role
Launch your career in marketing by joining our digital marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. You will play a key role in engaging prospective customers and encouraging them to visit our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various platforms including WhatsApp, phone calls, private messages, and email.
- Develop compelling and persuasive talking points to boost conversion rates.
- Schedule appointments using the company’s booking system.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system, such as HubSpot.
- Communicate campaign details with sales and operations teams effectively.
- Monitor daily trial sales and prepare performance reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Improve the chatbot automation process to enhance customer interaction.
- Support the manager with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines preferred.
- Proficiency with office productivity software like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory to handle marketing content.
- Previous experience in beauty and wellness marketing is advantageous.
- Demonstrates patience and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Additional Information
- Employment is full-time, Monday through Friday during standard office hours.
- Work location is at Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore, within the Central Singapore Community Development Council area.
