Manager, Career Mentoring Programme & Partnerships

About the Role

You will lead the comprehensive strategy, execution, expansion, and operational management of NTUC LearningHub's Career Mentoring Programme. This role manages a sector-wide mentoring initiative involving 10 companies in the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) ecosystem, focusing on acquiring mentors and mentees, program performance tracking, stakeholder coordination, platform operation, and enterprise partnership development to broaden reach across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire mentoring programme lifecycle for 10 CAAS companies and prospective enterprise partners.
• Design, implement, and manage mentoring programmes tailored for multiple corporate clients.
• Create programme playbooks, standard operating procedures, toolkits, governance frameworks, and participant engagement plans.
• Foster strong connections with HR leaders, learning and development teams, mentors, mentees, unions, and sector agencies.
• Track programme performance through KPIs such as participation, engagement, completion, retention, satisfaction, and progression.
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies for mentors and mentees.
• Manage onboarding, training, matching, ongoing support, and recognition activities for mentors.
• Monitor participant experiences and implement improvements to enhance engagement and completion rates.
• Convert business needs into platform configurations and workflows, monitor usage, and suggest platform enhancements.
• Generate dashboards, quarterly reports, annual reviews, and impact assessments for programme stakeholders.
• Drive expansion of the Career Mentoring Programme outside the CAAS ecosystem into sectors like Aviation, Finance, Technology, Healthcare, Logistics, Professional Services, and NTUC-linked organisations.
• Identify and pursue new enterprise partnership opportunities, maintain a sales pipeline, and meet enrolment, partnership, and revenue goals.
• Conduct client discovery meetings and develop detailed proposals, presentations, and commercial plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in programme management, learning and development, customer success, or business development.
• Proven ability to handle enterprise-level programmes and multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in promoting programme adoption, securing participant engagement, and delivering measurable impact.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to extract actionable insights from programme data.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach with robust business development and partnership cultivation skills.
• Experience working with digital or mentoring platforms and learner engagement tools is advantageous.
