About the Role and Organization
The Lead Admin for Gold Loan Business is responsible for managing administrative functions across zonal branches, driving operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and infrastructure readiness to support the business’s rapid growth. This position coordinates contract staff, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless branch operations and cost-effective management.

The Gold Loan product demands rigorous operational discipline due to its high volume and sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative tasks at multiple branch locations, including housekeeping, security, and preventive maintenance.
- Lead infrastructure development and branch expansion projects, coordinating civil and interior work, managing vendor onboarding, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal audit standards by maintaining necessary records and facilitating audit processes.
- Manage administrative budgets, track expenses, process vendor payments, and implement cost control initiatives.
- Supervise contract staff performance and guide them to maintain smooth operations across regions.
- Coordinate travel logistics, organize meetings and events, and handle courier operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Supervises contract administration/support staff responsible for branch administrative tasks, facilities, and logistics.
Key Internal and External Interactions
- Internal: Daily coordination with Regional/Cluster Heads for operations and compliance; regular interactions with Risk, Audit, Compliance, HR, and Finance teams for escalations, reporting, hiring support, and budget management.
- External: Liaises with vendors and facility partners for maintenance and services; works with statutory authorities for license compliance and inspections.
