Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day administrative operations across multiple branches in the region.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and resolution of routine branch issues.
- Oversee preventive upkeep, fixed asset control, and facility readiness.
- Lead branch expansion activities, including new site readiness, civil and interior coordination, and project follow-up.
- Work with vendors and facility partners for onboarding, service delivery, and timely completion of work.
- Track statutory and internal compliance requirements, maintain registers, and support audit closures.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports, and manage documentation related to assets, expenses, and compliance.
- Handle travel arrangements, logistics, courier movement, meetings, and events as required.
- Monitor administrative budgets, process vendor invoices and utility bills, and enforce cost controls.
- Guide and supervise contract staff to ensure productivity and smooth branch support.
- Coordinate regularly with regional and cluster leaders, as well as risk, audit, compliance, HR, and finance teams.
- Liaise with external vendors, facility service providers, and statutory authorities whenever required.
Requirements
- Strong experience in branch administration, facilities management, and operational coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and balance service quality with cost discipline.
- Hands-on understanding of statutory compliance, audit handling, and reporting processes.
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Capability to supervise support staff and maintain operational discipline.
- Comfort with infrastructure projects, branch setup, and execution tracking.
- Sound judgment in budget monitoring, payment tracking, and documentation management.
