Key Responsibilities

• Observe automated workflows to verify correct data transfer between logistics platforms.
• Analyze error logs to diagnose automation failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Document existing manual procedures by consulting with personnel performing these tasks.
• Create and maintain internal documentation that clarifies all new systems for the client.
• Develop straightforward automation scripts or low-code solutions to facilitate data migration between spreadsheets and databases.
• Test updates in a controlled staging environment before deployment to prevent disruptions.
• Assist with cleansing data corrupted by legacy systems.
