About the Role

Five Stars Wireless is hiring a full-time AI & Software Specialist to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves working on location and is ideal for individuals passionate about artificial intelligence, software, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and integrate AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Develop, configure, and maintain various software applications
• Create workflows and business automations powered by AI
• Deliver technical support for software, hardware, and IT infrastructure
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and suggest actionable solutions
• Troubleshoot software and system issues while documenting procedures
• Train colleagues on the application and use of AI tools and software systems

Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence technologies and tools
• Solid understanding of software development, computer systems, and IT operations
• Practical background in AI automation or software programming
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Independent work capability and multitasking efficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Full-time availability to work on-site in Dubai
