Job Responsibility

• Address customer inquiries about products and services promptly and professionally.
• Keep detailed and precise records of all customer interactions through CRM tools.
• Work closely with internal departments to solve challenging issues and enhance operational processes.
• Achieve set goals related to quality, productivity, and sales performance.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 4 years of experience handling international voice processes (US/UK) or similar BPO roles.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Capable of working in rotational shifts including night shifts according to company needs.
• Exhibit sharp problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical mindset.
