Job Responsibility

Address customer inquiries about products and services promptly and professionally.
Keep detailed and precise records of all customer interactions through CRM tools.
Work closely with internal departments to solve challenging issues and enhance operational processes.
Achieve set goals related to quality, productivity, and sales performance.

Candidate Profile

Possess 1 to 4 years of experience handling international voice processes (US/UK) or similar BPO roles.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Capable of working in rotational shifts including night shifts according to company needs.
Exhibit sharp problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical mindset.
