The Human Resources Consultant role is pivotal in enhancing employee work experience and delivering comprehensive HR consulting services. This position involves partnering closely with organizational leaders to design and implement strategies that improve recruitment, leadership development, retention, customer service, wellness, and employee recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an HR advisor delivering proactive consultation and services to customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop initiatives that support the employee lifecycle and foster an engaging work environment.
- Focus areas include improving employee experience, leadership capabilities, retention, customer service quality, wellness programs, and recognition efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources or organizational development.
