About the Role

This part-time remote position seeks a Human Resources and Administration Specialist to contribute to a variety of HR functions within the Expert Network. The role requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week and focuses on supporting workforce management, policy development, and HR operations tailored to enterprise and AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts and onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Oversee the coordination of payroll and benefits administrative workflows.
• Formulate and assess HR policies to maintain compliance and consistent operational standards.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and guidance concerning HR best practices.
• Work asynchronously with various stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative tasks.
• Utilize HR expertise to aid research initiatives and enterprise projects driven by artificial intelligence.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in human resources operations, talent acquisition, or administrative management.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, benefits management, and relevant compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to operate independently within a remote, project-focused work environment.
