About the Role

Shivay Agency is offering an on-site HR internship in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This 3-month internship is designed for graduates eager to gain practical experience in recruitment processes, working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Evaluate resumes to match job criteria effectively.
• Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain comprehensive candidate records and recruitment tracking systems.
• Communicate consistently with candidates during the hiring stages.
• Assist with posting job vacancies on multiple platforms.
• Provide general support to the HR team concerning recruitment tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed graduate degree.
• Effective interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Word applications.
• Strong desire to learn recruitment fundamentals and establish a career in HR.
• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
