About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketer to join our team in Jeddah on a full-time, on-site basis. This role demands building and scaling profitable marketing campaigns across various platforms while managing budgets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and expand campaigns on all advertising platforms with a focus on profitability and efficient budget management.
- Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, transforming data into strategic decisions rather than mere reporting.
- Identify growth potential throughout the entire marketing funnel, from advertisements to landing pages and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute testing strategies, determining which creatives succeed or fail.
- Systematize successful creative assets into replicable and scalable processes.
- Accurately identify bottlenecks affecting performance, whether in creative content, offers, product, landing pages, target audience, or tracking systems.
- Enhance offers, landing pages, and messaging to boost conversion rates effectively.
- Monitor critical performance indicators such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and conversion rates, making informed decisions about scaling or stopping campaigns.
- Analyze customer purchase motivations and integrate these insights into more intelligent marketing strategies.
- Partner with the team to elevate brands from being profitable to becoming market leaders in their categories.
