Role Overview
We seek an outstanding Lifecycle Email Marketer who blends strategic thinking, copywriting expertise, and storytelling to shape and enhance the customer experience through email. This position manages the entire email journey, from initial interaction to long-term customer retention, by crafting engaging campaigns that educate, convert, and nurture relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement lifecycle email campaigns targeting various stages of the customer journey.
- Produce persuasive, narrative-driven email content that fosters trust and encourages customer actions.
- Develop and refine audience segmentation to deliver personalized messages.
- Coordinate promotions involving multiple product lines via email.
- Design nurture workflows including onboarding, win-back initiatives, and retention programs.
- Regularly test email campaigns, analyze results, and optimize performance to improve outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
