Group Chief Operating Officer

Overview

We are searching for an outstanding executive leader to join our senior management as the Group Chief Operating Officer. Role Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Executive-level experience within wealth management, financial services distribution, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated history of driving commercial growth and operational excellence.
• At least 10 years in senior management roles within regulated industries.
• In-depth knowledge of distribution channels, intermediaries, and client behaviors pertinent to the sector.
• Strategically minded with strong capability to execute plans effectively.
• Business savvy, results-driven, and adept at building strong professional relationships.
• Prior experience overseeing mergers and acquisitions integration and organizational transformation programs.
