Overview
We are searching for an outstanding executive leader to join our senior management as the Group Chief Operating Officer. This role offers a chance to spearhead transformative initiatives in a rapidly expanding wealth management and financial services firm amid a crucial phase of consolidation and growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Define and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the executive leadership team.
- Supervise diverse, geographically dispersed teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
- Manage the technology infrastructure and lead the group's digital transformation efforts.
- Create and execute efficient, repeatable merger and acquisition integration processes.
- Assemble and mentor a high-caliber senior leadership team with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Develop key performance indicators and governance systems to ensure operational performance and compliance standards are met.
- Promote customer-centric innovation and consistently excellent client outcomes throughout the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Executive-level experience within wealth management, financial services distribution, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated history of driving commercial growth and operational excellence.
- At least 10 years in senior management roles within regulated industries.
- In-depth knowledge of distribution channels, intermediaries, and client behaviors pertinent to the sector.
- Strategically minded with strong capability to execute plans effectively.
- Business savvy, results-driven, and adept at building strong professional relationships.
- Prior experience overseeing mergers and acquisitions integration and organizational transformation programs.
