General Cleaner

Job Overview

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a reliable General Cleaner to join their team in Duncan, SC. This full-time position operates during the first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, providing cleaning services within industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain building cleanliness.
• Collect and dispose of trash efficiently.
• Clean, supply, and service restrooms regularly.
• Prepare and apply cleaning agents as specified.
• Relocate heavy equipment, furniture, or objects as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them to management.
• Conduct floor maintenance tasks such as carpet steam cleaning, waxing, and buffing when required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Physical endurance and manual dexterity to perform cleaning tasks.
• Capability to recognize safety hazards and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
• Ability to adhere to schedules and honor work commitments.
• Follow directions and instructions from supervisory staff.
