Fitness Manager

Job Overview

The Fitness Manager is responsible for driving exceptional performance and experience among General and Personal Trainers, ensuring monthly personal training revenue targets are met, maintaining the gym facility environment, and fostering continuous trainer development.

Primary Duties

• Maintain ongoing communication with the Format and Operations Team regarding training quality and personal training revenue.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as Training PR, PT PR, session completion rates, renewal percentages, SOP adherence, conversion rates from trials to packs, lead generation, goal fulfillment, and revenue generation monthly.
• Ensure both Personal Trainers and General Trainers comply with all operational SOPs, including managing shifts and leaves if necessary.
• Provide adequate training support on the gym floor to guarantee safe and effective workout experiences for members.
• Oversee the rollout of new products and experiences, gathering proactive feedback from members and trainers.
• Take full responsibility for maintaining gym equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
• Achieve set personal training targets monthly while delivering a distinguished client experience highlighted by strong personal training results and client success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certification from a globally recognized fitness authority is mandatory.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in delivering training programs.
• Strong interpersonal abilities combined with excellent motivational and communication skills.
• Current and valid CPR and AED certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, alongside proficiency in basic administrative tasks, especially using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
