Position Overview

Everyday Coffee Company partners with Dunkin' as a franchise aiming for significant growth by opening new locations in major U.S. retailers over five years. We seek a passionate District Manager to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant (QSR) locations, driving operational success, spearheading new store launches, and leading strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and coach Store Managers and their teams, fostering a culture rooted in accountability, respect, feedback, and high achievement.
Create and implement talent development and succession plans to ensure future leadership readiness.
Maintain strict adherence to brand standards, construction processes, health and permit regulations, and safety protocols.
Serve as a communication bridge among Brand, Construction, Retailer, and ECC teams, driving continuous improvements in operational processes.
Regularly visit stores, perform audits, and monitor customer satisfaction metrics to enhance service quality.
Control labor and food expenses to align with budget targets while promoting sales growth through local marketing and promotional efforts.
Supervise cash handling and banking operations across all assigned locations.
Lead the rollout of new products and promotional campaigns and analyze operational performance data to formulate improvement strategies.
Collaborate across teams to align with broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

At least 5 years experience managing multiple restaurant units, preferably in QSR, grocery retail, or Dunkin' environments, with preference for candidates experienced in managing large territories and remote teams.
Proven success in meeting operational and financial targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale (POS) systems.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of time), including day trips and overnight stays as necessary.

Additional Information

Applicants will be employed by the franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts, not Dunkin' Brands or its affiliates. The franchisee independently manages its workforce, wages, and benefits, which may vary.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 with up to 20% bonus potential.
