Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper for the US CEO, optimizing time management and fostering key relationships within the organization.
  • Proactively identify and resolve obstacles, maintaining fluid cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage a complex executive calendar across various time zones, balancing key priorities including strategic engagements and travel commitments.
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel, managing itineraries and addressing disruptions in real time.
  • Organize logistics for critical gatherings such as executive offsites, board meetings, and significant customer events.
  • Prepare and polish executive-level communications, presentations, and internal employee messaging in the US branch.
  • Support strategic planning by facilitating leadership meetings and tracking resulting action items to ensure accountability.
  • Oversee special high-priority projects from conceptual stages through to execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving, high-growth global environment.
  • Demonstrated skill in anticipating executive requirements, balancing multiple priorities independently with confidentiality.
  • Expertise in managing multi-time-zone calendars and coordinating complex international travel logistics.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a history of leading initiatives and a focus on detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
