Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and daily support of enterprise business systems, ensuring their configuration supports workflows, approvals, forms, roles, and permissions.
• Respond to and resolve user system requests and issues promptly.
• Participate in the deployment of new workflows or systems, covering requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and launch support.
• Carry out system customization and technical tasks such as configuration, scripting, and workflow logic to align with business needs.
• Act as the main liaison for business users on system-related concerns.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements methodically.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, system owners, and vendors to ensure effective tracking and resolution of requests and issues.
• Identify and promote enhancements to system usability and business workflows continuously.

Candidate Profile

• Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or related areas.
• A minimum of five years' experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or related process roles is preferred; however, candidates with high aptitude and relevant exposure are also welcome.
• A strong commitment to ownership and responsibility, with resilience in managing tasks and resolving issues.
• Adaptability and eagerness to grow within a dynamic business setting.
• Effective communication skills coupled with patience when engaging business users.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities under guidance and set priorities appropriately.
• Additional advantages include experience or exposure to enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, HR, finance platforms, or workflow and approval systems.
• Experience in system implementation, configuration, or business process improvements is a plus.
• Understanding of standard business procedures such as expense management, approvals, onboarding, and procurement.
• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flow concepts.
