Role Overview

We are looking for an adept Economic Consulting Coach to collaborate with clients aiming to enter or advance in economic consulting careers. This position involves instructing core skills such as economic analysis, econometric modeling, and forecasting. Additionally, you will aid clients in developing solid capabilities in policy analysis and market research. Your coaching will extend to career development support including reviewing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters, as well as preparing clients for behavioral, case study, and technical interviews specifically focused on economic consulting.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist clients with networking tactics and salary negotiations
• Advise on promotion pathways and broad skill development
• Offer guidance to those exploring freelance opportunities within the economic consulting domain
• Conduct virtual sessions with flexible scheduling and independently set coaching fees
• Collaborate with Leland’s team to ensure a high-quality, encouraging experience for clients

Candidate Profile

The ideal coach will have practical experience in economic consulting, whether as an economist, consultant, or industry expert. A proven ability to apply rigorous analytical methods to tangible business and policy challenges is crucial. Candidates should showcase a systematic and transparent coaching style to support clients technically and professionally.
