Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned sales coach to mentor students and professionals aspiring to excel in sales careers. The coach will teach essential B2B sales skills, sales strategies, closing techniques, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Additionally, the role involves guiding learners in CRM and outbound automation, as well as integrating AI agents and fundamentals into contemporary sales processes.

Additional Responsibilities

Coaches will also assist with career development by providing resume and cover letter reviews, LinkedIn profile consultations, interview preparation, salary negotiation guidance, and strategies for promotion and networking. Support for freelancing and independent work is also part of the coaching remit. Coaches choose their own schedules and rates, conduct virtual sessions, and collaborate with Leland's team to ensure a supportive and high-quality experience.
