Drafter

Job Overview

This role involves producing detailed architectural, civil, and structural drafts from initial design drafts. You will be responsible for generating drawings using CAD and BIM Revit software for civil and structural works, preparing and updating 3D BIM models for submission, and creating draft outlines and detailed scaled drawings for planning and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural, civil, and structural drawings based on design proposals.
• Utilize CAD and BIM Revit tools to produce drawings relevant to structural and civil works.
• Develop and maintain updated 3D BIM models for submission purposes.
• Prepare drafts and detailed drawings at proper scales for planning approvals and construction uses.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and external stakeholders regarding tender and construction documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of three years experience in design coordination within varied construction project scales.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage modelling and drafting tasks efficiently.
• Effective team player with solid interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive mindset.
• Capability to multitask effectively in a high-paced and dynamic work setting.
