BIM Modeller (C&S, Archi)

Role overview

The BIM Modeller will work with clients and consultants to develop and coordinate building information models using Revit. The role supports civil and structural engineering work, with responsibilities covering model creation, drawing updates, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and consultants on BIM modelling activities and coordinate outputs using Revit.
• Maintain the accuracy of construction documents, model parameters, and project information.
• Follow the BIM execution plan and the established BIM project workflow.
• Produce drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination, and as-built documentation.
• Revise BIM models and CAD drawings based on site condition changes.
• Support planning and design activities for civil and structural engineering projects.
• Set up project base files and ensure alignment with approved BIM execution requirements, BIM scope plans, and CAD standards.
• Check work for completeness and accuracy, and deliver assignments within agreed deadlines.
• Keep up a proactive attitude toward learning new digital design tools.
• Handle additional duties assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

• Preferably holds an ITE, Diploma, Degree, or Specialist Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, or VDC-related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CAD and BIM tools, with a preference for 5 years of local work experience.
• Practical knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and other BIM-related software.
• Strong understanding of traditional CAD workflows, especially AutoCAD.
• Working familiarity with visualization and coordination tools such as BIM Collaborate and Navisworks.
• Dependable, responsive, and positive in attitude, with strong personal integrity.
• Ability to create learning materials, conduct training, and support ongoing learning.
• Must be punctual and able to meet deadlines consistently.
