Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join a multispecialty medical group based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources including policy development, performance management, site HR services, and compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Supervise HR personnel and collaborate with site administrators to tailor policies and programs to meet local requirements while supporting central objectives.
• Interpret and implement strategic and tactical business plans related to HR functions.
• Design and administer performance management and evaluation systems across multiple departments and sites.
• Oversee maintenance and reporting of HR information systems for comprehensive data analysis concerning human resources.
• Deliver insightful metrics and reports to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Initiate and drive diversity strategies and initiatives to foster recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce, ensuring adherence to legal standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in human resources.
• Background in hospital or healthcare settings is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in performance management and strong leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between 160,000 and 185,000 USD.
