Role Overview
As a Department Leader, also known as a Team Leader Trainee, you will be instrumental in delivering a safe, enjoyable, and distinctive shopping environment. Your primary responsibilities involve guiding Team Members within your department to successfully execute store plans and tasks, providing product knowledge specific to your category, assisting with on-the-job training and development, maintaining a respectful and secure workspace, and overseeing loss prevention measures.
