About EDETEK and Role Overview

EDETEK Inc. is hiring a meticulous Data Entry Operator to contribute to clinical data processing functions. This position demands precision in entering, reviewing, and maintaining data according to defined procedures, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely task completion. Candidates should be highly organized, reliable, and comfortable handling repetitive duties while upholding strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input data into company databases and systems within required timelines.
Examine source documents for completeness and recognize any discrepancies.
Validate the accuracy of entered data and address any inconsistencies appropriately.
Ensure data integrity by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Work collaboratively with Quality Control (QC) reviewers to solve data-related issues.
Monitor assigned workload and achieve set productivity and quality benchmarks.
Support document organization, data verification, and maintenance of records.
Report any data quality problems or procedural challenges to supervisors as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to boost operational performance.
Handle additional operational tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of one year’s experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, or related areas.
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data precision.
Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
Capability to work independently in a remote work setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Background or experience in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems or clinical databases.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or quality management protocols.
Experience handling large datasets.
