Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into company databases and systems within required timelines.
• Examine source documents for completeness and recognize any discrepancies.
• Validate the accuracy of entered data and address any inconsistencies appropriately.
• Ensure data integrity by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with Quality Control (QC) reviewers to solve data-related issues.
• Monitor assigned workload and achieve set productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Support document organization, data verification, and maintenance of records.
• Report any data quality problems or procedural challenges to supervisors as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to boost operational performance.
• Handle additional operational tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, or related areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data precision.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
• Capability to work independently in a remote work setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or experience in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems or clinical databases.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or quality management protocols.
• Experience handling large datasets.
