About the Role

Gritter Francona is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to provide essential support for a contract servicing the Veterans Affairs. This role involves addressing technical problems escalated by customers and facilitating communication among operations, clients, and the Engineering/Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Technician will manage and respond to technical assistance requests from end users by utilizing existing manuals and scripted guidelines. They will function as the primary liaison between customers and engineering teams, effectively conveying ongoing issues for resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical problems
• Capable of prioritizing and managing tasks effectively in high-pressure situations
• Experience collaborating within a team-oriented, agile work environment
• Highly self-driven with the capability to handle multi-disciplinary triage calls autonomously
• Proficient in documenting and communicating workaround solutions clearly and comprehensively
