Customer Relationship Officer

About the Role

AniMeta AgriTech is seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecalling Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling. This role involves managing both outbound and inbound customer interactions to promote company products and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and receive inbound telephone calls to customers.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of company products and services.
• Generate leads and successfully convert them into sales opportunities.
• Regularly follow up with potential customers to nurture interest.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM or relevant systems.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related sales process is mandatory.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and Marathi.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM usage.
• Ability to work efficiently under sales targets and deadlines.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills.
• Educational qualification: 12th pass or any graduate degree.
