Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls with professionalism.
Address customer inquiries related to bookings, deliveries, fleet services, and general support efficiently.
Provide clear and accurate information about ShipRyd's services and operational processes.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure swift problem resolution.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
Refer complicated issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Uphold high standards of communication and customer service quality.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only.
Graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience.
Strong communication abilities in Hindi; basic English skills preferred.
Fundamental computer literacy including MS Office proficiency.
Positive mindset, patience, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
