Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls with professionalism.
- Address customer inquiries related to bookings, deliveries, fleet services, and general support efficiently.
- Provide clear and accurate information about ShipRyd's services and operational processes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure swift problem resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Refer complicated issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of communication and customer service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience.
- Strong communication abilities in Hindi; basic English skills preferred.
- Fundamental computer literacy including MS Office proficiency.
- Positive mindset, patience, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
