About the Role
As a Branch Customer Advisor at NAB, you will have the chance to positively impact customers and communities. You will be empowered to learn, develop, and succeed while delivering a seamless, consistent, and personalized customer experience daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers visiting NAB's Perth North of River branches, focusing on putting customers first.
- Identify and recommend appropriate products and services such as account openings, unsecured lending, and everyday banking transactions.
- Educate customers about NAB's Smarter Banking options, including self-service and digital tools, to simplify and secure their banking experience.

Working Hours
This role requires working five days a week with hours from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on Fridays.
