Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated WhatsApp Sales Executive based in Delhi-NCR to handle customer interactions via WhatsApp, provide tailored product recommendations, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly address customer queries received through WhatsApp.
• Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate products or services.
• Engage with prospective customers to turn discussions into sales.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.
• Document customer interactions and update sales progress regularly.
• Consistently meet defined daily and monthly sales targets.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from INR 13,000 to 19,000.
