Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated WhatsApp Sales Executive based in Delhi-NCR to handle customer interactions via WhatsApp, provide tailored product recommendations, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Promptly address customer queries received through WhatsApp.
Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate products or services.
Engage with prospective customers to turn discussions into sales.
Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.
Document customer interactions and update sales progress regularly.
Consistently meet defined daily and monthly sales targets.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from INR 13,000 to 19,000.
