Role overview

This position is for a Core Banking Subject Matter Expert based in Singapore. The role focuses on implementing, improving, and supporting core banking platforms used for day-to-day banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the domain expert for core banking areas such as accounts, payments, and loans.
• Guide and support system upgrades, platform migrations, and integration efforts.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into clear system requirements.
• Maintain platform stability, performance, and compliance across banking processes.
• Investigate production incidents and carry out root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues.

Experience and skill requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the core banking domain.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, workflows, and operational processes.
• Hands-on exposure to Temenos, Finacle, or comparable banking platforms.
• Good knowledge of data models and system integration concepts.
• Strong analytical ability and effective problem-solving skills.
