About the Role

We are seeking passionate culinary professionals who value quality, care, and attention to detail in preparing fresh and creative meals daily. Our production kitchen in Werder/Havel serves as the hub for catering events across Berlin and Brandenburg. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our kitchen team with enthusiastic individuals who share our love for cooking.

No matter your specialization—whether Garde Manger, Entremetier, or Pâtissier—we will find the right place for your talents. Key to success is working independently, contributing ideas, and enjoying culinary creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and crafting cold dishes, finger foods, and dessert variations
• Support in the creation of warm main courses ranging from classic catering dishes to modern culinary innovations
• Manage your kitchen station independently, maintaining oversight even during multiple orders
• Maintain clean, precise work, especially in food plating and presentation
• Observe hygiene standards rigorously and comply with HACCP guidelines

Qualifications

• Completed formal training as a cook
• Several years of professional kitchen experience, ideally including catering
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for contributing in a small business environment
• German language skills at a minimum B2 level

Employment Offer and Conditions

• Permanent employment with a dedicated small team
• Clear organizational structures with close collaboration with the head chef
• Regular working hours: Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Optionally, one Saturday per month with prior agreement
• No work on Sundays and public holidays; no shift work
• Time tracking with fair compensation or time off for overtime hours
• Food and drinks provided at the workplace
