Dishwashing Assistant (m/f/d) - Full Time

About the Role

Landenberger Culinary & Catering is a growing catering company based in Werder/Havel, serving freshly prepared food across the Berlin-Brandenburg region. To keep the production kitchen running smoothly, the team is looking for a dependable dishwashing assistant who helps maintain cleanliness, order, and efficient back-of-house operations.

This role is essential to ensuring that dishes, work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment are kept clean and ready for use so that the culinary team can work in a well-organized environment.

Key Duties

• Operate and care for the commercial dishwasher
• Clean kitchen tools, utensils, and other equipment used in daily operations
• Maintain tidiness and hygiene across the dishwashing area
• Monitor and keep the storage and waste areas in good order
• Support goods receiving tasks such as unpacking and putting items away
• Follow the required hygiene and cleaning rules, including HACCP standards
• Work closely with the kitchen team and step in wherever support is needed

• A careful and conscientious working style with a strong eye for cleanliness and organization
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• A friendly, respectful, and team-oriented manner
• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is helpful but not mandatory
• German communication skills at minimum B1 level
