Clinic Coordinator

Role Overview

Step into a vital position as a Clinic Coordinator, where you will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers and clinical team alike. This full-time role involves coordination between retail and clinical services, supported by comprehensive training in clinical and optical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinic flow by acting as the essential connection between the retail team and Optometrists, guaranteeing that pre-testing is completed efficiently to high standards.
• Handle appointment scheduling including answering calls, booking management, and responding to appointment modifications to maintain clear and organized operations.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, assist with stock management, and maintain an orderly store environment while providing excellent service, even in high-pressure situations.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses strong organizational expertise and enjoys coordinating activities to keep processes on track, ideally with prior experience in retail or coordination roles.
• Exemplifies effective communication and teamwork skills, able to build relationships and keep daily operations running seamlessly.
• Demonstrates excellent time management, remaining calm under pressure and consistently delivering results that contribute to the clinic's success.
