Role Overview

As a Cleaner at Mecca, you will ensure that the venue remains spotless, safe, and inviting for all guests. You will uphold high cleaning standards across the facility, efficiently managing tasks to align with customer sessions and flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain pristine cleanliness in front of house, back of house, and restroom areas, creating a welcoming environment.
• Quickly reset and clear walkways to support seamless service delivery and customer experience.
• Adhere to health and safety, COSHH, and hygiene protocols, reporting hazards and incidents without delay.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support smooth operations and foster a one-team culture.

Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining cleanliness.
• Dependable with punctuality and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or leisure is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
