Position Overview

We are looking for a Cleaner to ensure our venue remains spotless, safe, and inviting. This role is crucial in maintaining the venue's appearance and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for all guests by upholding high cleanliness standards and adhering to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent cleanliness across all areas including front of house, back of house, and restrooms to create positive first impressions.
• Support service operations by promptly resetting spaces, keeping walkways clear, and coordinating cleaning tasks efficiently around customer activity.
• Follow health and safety, COSHH, and hygiene protocols accurately, reporting any hazards or incidents without delay.
• Demonstrate teamwork by communicating effectively with colleagues and offering assistance to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Takes pride in cleanliness with a strong eye for detail.
• Dependable with good punctuality and capable of working efficiently under time constraints.
• Possess a friendly demeanor and able to work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or leisure is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
