Royal York Property Management is a prominent property management firm in Canada, overseeing thousands of residential rental properties throughout Ontario. We are seeking dependable and attentive Cleaners to expand our team of cleaning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning services for residential rental homes
• Conduct detailed turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses
• Provide routine housekeeping services in occupied residences when needed
• Clean various areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and shared surfaces
• Carry out thorough cleaning tasks such as baseboards, interiors of cabinets, and appliances
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive jobs, follow instructions, navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update status reports
• Self-inspect cleaning quality to ensure compliance with company standards before departure
• Report any property damages, maintenance requirements, or uncleanable areas
• Travel independently to appointments using a personal vehicle

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years paid professional cleaning experience
• Able to perform both move-in/move-out cleaning as well as routine housekeeping
• Own a reliable vehicle for reaching job sites and transporting cleaning materials
• Possess personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential tasks
• Have a smartphone capable of running a work app with GPS, photo-taking, instruction reading, and job updating functions
• Competent in detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Work independently and accurately follow cleaning guidelines
• Basic proficiency in English for communication
• Be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-tracked arrival times

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $32.50
