- Assist with training initiatives, user adoption efforts, and conducting post-implementation reviews aimed at maximizing benefits and ensuring long-term success of change projects.
Working Arrangements
The position is primarily remote, with contracting to the employee's home base. Periodic travel, including monthly team meetings, is expected.

- Generous pension scheme with employer contributions between 6% and 14%, tied to service duration.
- Flexible working options depending on role requirements.
- Employee Assistance Programme providing confidential support including counselling, financial, and legal advice.
- Access to professional development courses delivered by learning specialists.
- Opportunities to volunteer within the organization.
- Additional benefits including travel loans and the Cycle to Work scheme.
Inclusion and Equal Opportunity
The organization is committed to diversity and seeks to reflect the broad demographic of the armed forces community and society at large. Applications from all backgrounds are encouraged. Specific interview schemes support candidates declaring an Armed Forces connection and/or disability, contingent on meeting essential criteria.
Additional Information
Interview sessions are scheduled for 3rd and 4th September. The vacancy may close earlier if a sufficient number of qualified applications are received, so early application is advised.
