Role overview
We are looking for a caretaker to support a customer at a fixed site in Dresden. The position is available right away and is based on-site.
Key duties
- Carry out the role of caretaker for a client at one permanent location.
- Handle minor repair work as needed.
- Perform cleaning tasks in shared and public areas.
- Organize the timing and sequence of assigned tasks independently.
Profile sought
- Technical understanding and a communicative approach are important for this role.
- A willingness to engage in conversation and a polite, friendly manner are expected.
- Good written and spoken German skills are required.
