Caretaker / Maintenance Attendant (m/f/d)

Role overview

We are looking for a caretaker to support a customer at a fixed site in Dresden. The position is available right away and is based on-site.

Key duties

• Carry out the role of caretaker for a client at one permanent location.
• Handle minor repair work as needed.
• Perform cleaning tasks in shared and public areas.
• Organize the timing and sequence of assigned tasks independently.

Profile sought

• Technical understanding and a communicative approach are important for this role.
• A willingness to engage in conversation and a polite, friendly manner are expected.
• Good written and spoken German skills are required.
