Role Overview
As a Candidate Experience Specialist at NBCUniversal, you will serve as the primary ambassador for prospective talent, ensuring a smooth and positive journey throughout the hiring process. Balancing strategic advising and hands-on coordination, this role shapes communications, manages logistics, and facilitates seamless candidate interactions that reflect the company's commitment to professionalism and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete candidate interview experience, acting as the main touchpoint for candidates and partnering closely with hiring teams.
- Design and implement interview processes tailored across different time zones and platforms, including formats like panels, one-on-one, virtual or onsite interviews.
- Provide consultative guidance to align hiring teams on process structures and candidate engagement approaches.
- Coordinate all onsite arrangements, ensuring welcoming and well-prepared interview environments.
- Manage all aspects of candidate travel and onsite experiences, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring a comfortable, hassle-free process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers as a trusted advisor on best practices and accessibility considerations.
- Lead resolution of any scheduling or engagement conflicts with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards, clearly communicating process guidelines and escalation procedures for candidate-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in talent acquisition, guest relations, or related human resources or hospitality roles.
- Proven capability to make independent, process-aligned decisions.
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity with confidence and clarity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.
- Experience using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Additional Details and Benefits
- This position currently requires a hybrid work model with a minimum of four days per week onsite; however, onsite requirements may be modified at the company’s discretion.

- Salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
