Position Overview
The Regional Business Manager for TempRite in the MEA region is tasked with steering business expansion, improving profitability, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Jiddah, this senior leadership role entails managing the complete profit and loss responsibilities, defining strategic plans, fostering talent, and implementing both regional and corporate objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Full accountability for the TempRite MEA profit and loss to meet targets for revenue, margins, and cost control.
- Designing and executing the regional Strategic Plan (STRAP), while aiding global strategy development and implementation.
- Recruiting, nurturing, and retaining exceptional talent to build a high-performing team aligned to business priorities.
- Strengthening regional commercial, branding, demand generation, and technical capabilities to assert market leadership and enhance customer value.
- Establishing a Management Operating System (MOS) for daily operations, performance monitoring, and excellence in execution.
- Driving business outcomes through Performance and Commitment Management (PCM) and implementing a strong regional reward and recognition framework.
- Ensuring consistent, effective communication with global leadership for alignment and leveraging best practices.
- Leading regional adoption and execution of global corporate strategies, tailored to market requirements.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in regional business leadership roles, particularly within chemical, materials, or similar B2B industries.
- Proven expertise managing complete P&L responsibilities successfully.
- Strong track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
- Experience in translating global strategies into regional execution.
- Specific experience in CPVC products is mandatory.
