Job description
Position summary
This role leads the TempRite business across the Middle East and Africa region, with accountability for growth, profitability, and overall organizational performance. The position is based in Jeddah or Dubai and carries ownership of the full profit and loss while guiding strategy, building strong teams, and delivering both regional and global business priorities.
Core responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of TempRite MEA financial performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost control.
- Create and put into action the regional Strategic Plan (STRAP), while also contributing to the global planning process.
- Hire, develop, and retain strong talent and put in place an effective organizational structure aligned to business goals.
- Strengthen regional capabilities across commercial, branding, demand generation, and technical areas to support market leadership and customer impact.
- Set up and run a Management Operating System (MOS) to support daily management, tracking, and operational discipline.
- Improve business outcomes through Performance and Commitment Management (PCM) practices and a strong recognition and rewards approach.
- Keep regular communication with global leadership to ensure alignment and access to shared resources and best practices.
- Drive execution of global strategies within the region, adapting them to local market needs while staying aligned to company direction.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in regional business leadership, ideally within chemicals, materials, or another relevant B2B industry.
- Direct experience managing full P&L responsibility.
- A proven record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong capability in strategy development and execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
- Prior experience rolling out global strategies in a regional setting.
