Business Development Manager - Forex/CFD

Overview

WinproFX is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Forex and CFD markets. This role requires candidates who already maintain a client portfolio within the financial brokerage space, particularly Forex/CFD sectors.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience within Forex/CFD trading, brokerage, or broader financial markets.
• Must possess an active and established book of clients.
• Strong existing network of clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, or business partners.
• Demonstrated success in business development activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and skills for managing relationships effectively.
• Highly target-driven with a keen focus on expanding business growth.

Primary Duties

• Source, acquire, and onboard new clients, IBs, and business collaborators.
• Maintain and expand the current portfolio of clients.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects and strategic partnerships.
• Consistently meet monthly sales and revenue objectives.
• Establish and nurture enduring client and partner relationships.
• Research and capitalize on emerging markets and potential business avenues.

Additional Details

This position is exclusively open to candidates having a pre-existing Forex/CFD client base. Applicants lacking relevant industry expertise and an established network will not be considered.
